Target Font may not exist today were it not for the Westminster Presbyterian Church’s collapse on Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis in 1899. Seven years later, American businessman George Draper Dayton purchased this land to create one of the first six-story Goodfellows Dry Goods stores; its opening happened in 1903 under its original name of Dayton Dry Goods Company before evolving to Target over time – it remains one of America’s premier retail chains, offering everything from food items to iPhones today!
Target understands its customers well, displaying merchandise that is sure to draw in new ones to its stores. Their enthusiastic logo represents this goal of differentiation for the brand.
