Nimbus Sans Font created by URW++ under GPL have just been released into Nimbus collection.
Nimbus Roman No 9 L, Sans L and Mono are metrically compatible with Times, Helvetica and Courier fonts and support all WGL4 characters (while W1G lacks an interrobang as well as certain superscript and subscript symbols).
